Gooseneck: Gooseneck with angled front corners at approximately 45° and a rear angle of approximately 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood deck, approximately 30 mm thick.
Loading Platform: Loading platform with double-extending design and rear angle of approximately 500 mm x 8°. 5 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 5,000 daN). 4 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings lying horizontally at the front of the loading platform (LC 10,000 daN). 1 intermediate table, approximately 250 mm. Recesses in the outer frame of the loading platform for attaching tension straps (LC 2,000 daN). Hardwood deck, approximately 48 mm thick, with diamond-plate steel decking over the axles.
Axles: BPW axles, hydro-mechanically forced steering. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg per axle. Air suspension with lifting and lowering valve.

TPMS: TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.

Steel Structure: Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grain steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).
Electrical System: Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the turn signal. Paintwork: Complete steel structure automatically blasted after welding using a shot blasting system. Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red, according to the RAL 841GL system. Rims in silver. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paint is not possible. Paint build tested in the salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Sealing of cavities with special wax.
Includes the following additional equipment:
- 2 inch König kingpin
- Electro-hydraulic power unit (± 45 kg)
- Steering assist from the front and rear via a cable remote control with push buttons, with single-axle steering control (without installation in the central control unit).
- One mounting for warning signs on the gooseneck and on the rear panel, left and right, including socket.
