The Diamond Tube Laser T9350 from Eckert Cutting is a state-of-the-art laser tube cutting system specifically designed for processing tubes and profiles. Its robust gantry construction and angled rack-and-pinion drive provide exceptional rigidity, stability, and speed.
Thanks to an intelligent, pneumatically controlled clamping system and floating tube support, the machine securely holds tubes and profiles of varying shapes and lengths—ensuring consistently high cutting quality even with long parts.
The system enables the processing of a wide range of tube and profile geometries, including round, square, rectangular, oval, elliptical, special profiles, channels (C), I- and H-beams, and many other shapes. Complex angled and bevel cuts of up to 45° are also possible (with optional 4-, 5-, or 6-axis heads).
Additional highlights include: 360° processing with CNC-controlled self-centering, high cutting precision with finely defined cut edges, stable production even with long tubes, as well as options for series production and automation through optional loading systems.
