The CORMAK MCB350HD Metal Band Saw is a professional-grade metal cutting machine designed for precise mitre cutting from -45° to +60°. Equipped with a heavy-duty cast iron saw bow and a gravity-fed hydraulic feed system, it is ideal for both small-batch and high-volume production. Its rigid construction and premium components enable efficient cutting of structural steel, stainless steel, tool steel, solid bars, pipes, and hollow sections.

The machine is equipped with a quick-action vise lever, allowing fast and convenient workpiece clamping.

Construction and Technology

The MCB350HD is built around a robust welded steel frame combined with high-quality cast iron components. The 25° inclined saw bow improves cutting efficiency while extending blade life. A durable worm gearbox drive system ensures reliable long-term operation, while the integrated blade tension indicator (dial gauge tension meter) provides precise blade tension adjustment for consistent cutting performance.

The machine is also equipped with a blade cleaning brush, a closed-loop coolant system with electric pump, and a material stop with measuring scale, making repetitive cutting to identical lengths quick and accurate.

Precision and Performance

The CORMAK MCB350HD metal band saw offers two blade speeds of 36 and 72 m/min, allowing the operator to match cutting parameters to different materials. Precision blade guides featuring bearings and carbide inserts ensure straight, accurate cuts while minimizing blade wear. The coolant system delivers emulsion directly to the blade guides, improving cutting conditions, reducing heat generation, and extending tool life.
