With the genius 700, a new dimension of die-sinking EDM begins for you. High rapid traverse speeds and reduced non-productive times ensure the genius 700 processes your jobs exceptionally quickly. The ratio of table size to travel distance is unique in its class, enabling you to make optimal use of the table surface.

Within its category, the machine offers by far the greatest dielectric fluid height above the table. Adjusting the dielectric with the infinitely adjustable tank is quick and simple.

The machine features high rigidity thanks to preloaded roller guides. The C-axis moment of inertia is comparatively high at 0.6 kg/m². In addition, it is equipped with a high-precision measuring system. Even demanding EDM processes can be handled on the genius 700 efficiently and with maximum precision. On-the-fly filter changes prevent downtime, and the centralized lubrication unit shortens maintenance times. The genius 700 can be connected from two sides, offering flexible positioning. The height-adjustable control panel is ergonomically designed and allows for seated operation.
