Our "Starter" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, perfect for those who no longer want to wrap pallets by hand or are seeking an affordable backup unit. Our Vogel Starter is likely the most economical pallet wrapper produced in Europe, without compromising on quality.

In contrast to our other pallet wrappers, the range of options on this model is limited, as our aim here was to design a highly standardized pallet wrapper that covers most applications at a cost-effective price.

With three programs, you can set both the speed of the film carriage and the turntable, and choose between “cross wrapping” or “up only” wrapping. Top and bottom wraps can also be saved to each program. The brake tension is easily adjusted via the mechanical film brake. Access to the programs can be password-protected, allowing the operator to choose only from the saved settings.

This model weighs 280 kg and is rated for loads up to 1200 kg. Our Starter pallet wrappers feature a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2100 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection (using a photoelectric sensor) comes standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. Should the wrapper need to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated fork slots.

This model is our recommendation if you want to move away from manual wrapping and are looking for a robust machine made in Europe.
