Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – NEW MACHINE:

The main area of application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm and similarly sized profiles. This compact and space-saving machine is suitable for use in small, medium, and large operations. Its low purchase price makes it attractive even for small batch or one-off production.

Drive is provided by a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be easily positioned. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be rigidly clamped. Stroke adjustment is via limit switches with adjustable stops. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple pieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available at favorable conditions upon request.
