The lathe underwent a general overhaul in 2011 by M-MOOS spol. s.r.o. During the overhaul, it was fitted with an Omron Varispeed 7 frequency converter for convenient speed regulation during operation and to reduce current surges. The lathe's accessories include: a fixed and a movable steady rest, a faceplate, 2 chucks, a clamping angle, a rotating center for the tailstock (Morse 4), a micrometric stop for longitudinal and transverse feed, 1 coolant system with a pump, and an operating manual. Technical parameters: swing over bed 380 mm, swing over carriage 215 mm, distance between centers 1000 mm, bed width 340 mm, spindle bore 41 mm, spindle taper metric 50, tailstock center taper MORSE 4, spindle speed range 30 - 2800 rpm, main DC motor power 10 kW, maximum machine dimensions: length: 2900 mm, width 1050 mm, height 1410 mm, machine weight 2000 kg. The overhauled lathe was used for maintenance purposes by a large manufacturing company. The machine can be tested in our warehouse in Přerov by appointment.
