Horizontal cartoning machine for packing products with leaflet into snap-lock cartons. The cartons use 'propeller type' flap closures. The cartoning machine is brand new, unused, under manufacturer's warranty. It was only displayed once at PCI Trade Fair in Warsaw in June this year, for three days. At the fair, we demonstrated the cartoner for packing tubes with leaflets inline with a tube filler. Line capacity with tubes of 35mm diameter and 140mm height and cartons of 145x55x40mm is 70 cartons per minute, with the given folded leaflet size. MAXIMUM PRODUCT SIZE: 240x95x80mm; MINIMUM: 65x30x25mm. LEAFLET: MAXIMUM 200x50mm; MINIMUM 100x20mm. MACHINE DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 2750x1500x2180mm.
