The machine is a fully functional, continuously controlled 5-axis unit. It was commissioned in 2010. Control system: HEIDENHAIN I TNC 530 + universal KINEMATICS. Tool magazine with 48 positions. Direct measurement in all 5 axes. The machine was used for single-shift, piecework operation. The machine is still occasionally used up to today. It is still connected and can be inspected under power. The model is still being produced with the same technical specifications. New chip conveyor installed. Spindle speed: 15,000 rpm. Workpiece probe: Renishaw + tool probe: BLOOM (laser) – both highly precise. The machine is equipped with a LOSMA oil mist separator. The machine is reliable. The machine is excellently maintained and, for its age, is truly in outstanding condition.
