Mazak Integrex 100-IV

The MAZAK Integrex 100-IV is a compact and highly precise CNC turning and milling center designed for complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup. The travels are 410 mm in the X-axis, 140 mm in the Y-axis (±70 mm), and 570 mm in the Z-axis. The B-axis has a swivel range of 225°, enabling complex 5-axis machining. The C-axis of the main spindle operates with a high positioning accuracy of 0.001°.

The maximum turning and swing diameter is 545 mm each.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 6,000 rpm with a power of approximately 11 kW, which enables dynamic and precise turning operations.
