Meltio Engine – 1.2 kW laser power, 976 nm wavelength, multiple 200W direct diode lasers – power supply 400V with 2-5kW. Equipped with active water cooling.

For wire diameters 0.8-1.2 mm. Advanced control module for equipping existing robotic systems with Meltio technology. 390x660x1000 mm – 90 kg. Transform any motion platform into a metal 3D printing system, subject to size restrictions.

Meltio Engine Dual Wire – dual-wire welding system for different materials in the welding head.

Meltio Engine Hot Wire – inductive wire preheating.

Meltio powder feeder, 2x with USB connection. Can be used individually.

Enables users to calibrate the Meltio multi-laser deposition head precisely and effortlessly before each print.

KUKA KR30 with 2100 mm reach, 6-axis robot including KRC4 controller and robot control panel – rated payload: 30 kg

KUKA DKP400 turn-tilt table – load capacity 400 kg

3 m linear axis for the robot (can also be omitted)
