The Klaeger & Müller HBA 300 G CNC is a robust, hydraulically operated CNC horizontal band saw designed for precise and economical cutting of solid materials, tubes, and profiles made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to its CNC control system, it enables the automatic processing of production batches with high repeatability and productivity.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic material feed, automatic saw feed, and infinitely variable blade speed adjustment, allowing optimal machining of a wide variety of materials. Its rigid machine construction ensures smooth, low-vibration operation, excellent cutting quality, and extended saw blade life.
