IDEAL BAS 050-11

iDEAL BAS050-11 is a band saw blade welding machine with GTR control. It operates at 380-419 V and 50/60 Hz with a power of 4.5 kVA. Equipped with the GTR pyrometer option: annealing temperature is set by recipe and monitored contactless, ending the cycle automatically for repeatable, operator-independent weld quality. Machine is from 2019, in very good condition, water-cooled, and ready for immediate production use.
Hydraulic clamping (BAS 050-11): Both clamping jaws are operated hydraulically via foot switches, freeing both hands for blade positioning. The automatic sequence moves the machine to the annealing position after welding without manual intervention.
