HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR FOLDING.

The double-column hydraulic press FDM-150E/3.000 belongs to the F series and is specially designed for folding operations.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 295 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Features a rigid fixed bench welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Includes upper and lower machined tables made from C45E steel with DIN-650 grooves. The upper table ensures perfect alignment with four cylindrical side guides of 80 mm diameter, equipped with maintenance-free anti-friction bimetallic bushings.
• Lower grooved table measuring 3.100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
• Two double-acting main cylinders with chromed pistons and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Single-speed motorized hydraulic group. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
• Glycerin manometer with tonnage reading.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Includes a SIEMENS mod. SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” HMI touchscreen mod. KTP-700 CONFORT located in the electrical panel. Allows programming of operating modes in semi-automatic and automatic, power, stroke, and holding time. It has storage capacity for 300 recipes, where all the previous values can be programmed.
• Operation is performed via a low-voltage electric pedal.
• To ensure safety, it includes category IV photoelectric barriers located in the front work area, two fixed side guards, and a practicable rear guard with a magnetic disconnection detector.
