The HM820 series marks a significant advancement in industrial sewing, featuring the revolutionary independently rotating needle head. Integrating all the benefits of the DURKOPP ADLER M-TYPE, the HM820 is available in flat-bed, post-bed, cylinder arm, or long arm triple feed configurations, equipped with cutting-edge Habraken technology.

This model is designed for sewing decorative and ornamental seams in the automotive and upholstered furniture sectors, while also suitable for leather goods and any applications requiring triple feed machines. The HM820 is built upon the foundation of DURKOPP ADLER M-TYPE 2-needle machines.

Featuring the latest user-friendly HMI interface technology, the HM820 enables a wide variety of decorative stitch patterns. Operators can select the desired decorative stitch with a simple touch on the intuitive touch screen panel, or create custom stitches from scratch by combining features such as needle swapping, forward and reverse transport, 0-stitch, and an optional second stitch length.

Dedicated high-speed electronics guarantee safe and reliable operation. Both the needle bar control and the feed mechanism automatically adapt to the speed and type of decorative stitching selected by the user. Sewing speed is adjustable, permitting up to 1000 stitches per minute in decorative mode and up to 1600 stitches per minute for standard sewing operations.
