Genox J2000

Genox J2000 Series - Heavy Duty Horizontal Four Rotor Shredder suitable for processing long lengths of material i.e. pipe, profiles etc.
240kW combined shaft motor power (75Kw + 3x55kW) and an 18.5kW hydraulic power unit for the material feeder. The machine is equipped with heavy duty oversized gearboxes giving an 50rpm shaft speed.

Four 2,000mm wide x 635mm diameter rotors with 350 pcs of blades in total. The blades are 40mm concave reversible design manufactured from high quality, heat treated alloy steel.
Material force feeding is regulated according to motor loading to achieve optimal throughput. These parameters can be easily configured on site to suit the materials being processed.
Output size is controlled by a replaceable screen mounted beneath the lower rotor shaft, the size of which can be determined to suit the application.
