Painting: Complete steel construction is automatically blasted with a shot-blasting system after welding. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red, according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear part is metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Rims in silver gray. Electrical system: Electrical system according to EU regulations, LED lighting 24 volts ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the turn signal. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the connection strip at the front with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connection according to ISO. 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098.
