The CORMAK BS370H is a robust semi-automatic band saw designed for precise cutting of tubes, profiles, and solid materials.
The latest version is equipped with an upper clamping system for bundle cutting and variable blade speed control via an inverter, adjustable from 20 to 90 m/min. These enhancements increase the machine’s versatility and make it easier to adapt cutting parameters to different types of materials.
The upper clamp stabilizes stacked workpieces and minimizes movement during cutting. This allows for more efficient cutting of bundles of profiles, tubes, and other repetitive components.

Efficient Bundle Cutting

The material is secured both by the hydraulic vise and the upper clamp, reducing movement and lifting of individual pieces within the bundle as the blade passes through the material.

Semi-Automatic Operating Cycle
Once the material is positioned and the cutting cycle is started, the machine automatically performs the following operations:
The hydraulic vise clamps the workpiece.
The saw head lowers at the preset feed rate.
The blade performs the cut.
A limit switch detects completion of the cutting cycle.
The saw head is hydraulically raised back to its starting position.
The swiveling saw head enables cutting angles ranging from -45° to +60°. The material remains stationary while the operator adjusts the required cutting angle by rotating the saw head.
