The Behringer HBE 261 A Dynamic automatic band saw is a fully hydraulic, cost-effective, high-performance band saw designed for automated 90° cuts in industrial manufacturing.

This Behringer band saw is ideal for the safe, precise cutting of structural steel sections as well as difficult-to-machine solid metal materials and comparable solid plastics, in both manual and automatic modes.

The HBE 261 A Dynamic automatic band saw has a cutting range of 10 mm to 260 mm for round material and 10 x 8 mm to 300 x 260 mm for flat material, with a saw blade size of 4.440 x 34 x 1.1 mm.
The frequency-controlled band saw drive has a drive power of 2.6 kW and a continuously variable cutting speed of 15–110 m/min. The cutting speed can be set and read on the control panel. The total drive power is approximately 3.7 kW. The machine features optional equipment such as a chip conveyor, central lubrication, a line laser, electronic monitoring of the minimum speed, an LED worklight, a spray gun for chip removal, a cutting display with error diagnosis, and a roller conveyor system on the infeed and outfeed sides.
