Concrete Batching Plant

Concrete Batching Plants shall be established by the manufacturer unless otherwise requested by the customer. HAWK PLANT, which has been working in advance about the area where the company will build the concrete plant, sends a layout to the company. After the customer puts concrete according to this plan, the installation of the plant gradually begins.

A concrete batching plant installation starts with the assembly of the main frame. According to the type of concrete plant, it can be sent diassembled to the place where it will be installed. After the installation of the concrete plant is completed, the plant is placed on the concrete feet with the help of a crane. The anchors in the concrete plant feet are used for fixing the plant to the concrete.

Then the silos are placed on the concrete feet which are built according to the plan and the silos are fixed to the concrete. The helices that provide the transfer of cement to the concrete plant are connected between the plant and the silo by the appropriate angles. The distance between the concrete batching plant main chassis concrete and silo concrete was sent to the firm on the concrete plan.

After the aggregate bunker and aggregate feed band are placed on the concrete floor, the settlement is completed. Then all loadcells used in the power plant are calibrated. The automation system is controlled and the plant gets ready for the first operation. After the trials are done, the plant is available for ready-mixed concrete production.

After this stage, the concrete plant is delivered to the customer. Optionally, operation and efficiency of the concrete plant are controlled by remote access to the automation system.
