The Compact Series

The new Wanner shredding mills in the C series (“C” stands for “compact,” “s” stands for “silent,” meaning noise-optimized) offer practical solutions for almost all challenges related to in-line recycling of sprues and defective parts in the production process.

Thanks to their modular design, the shredding mills in the C series can be easily adapted to the specific application or the needs of the operation.
Depending on the method of feeding the sprues, the disposal of the ground material, or the injection molding machine being used, the C series from Wanner offers optimal solutions that can be adapted to your specific operational processes through a variety of standard components.
The optimized cutting geometry and low rotor speed guarantee high-quality ground material with a low dust content. Sound-insulated feed hoppers and the noise-optimized shredding chamber design contribute to a low noise level with regard to structure-borne noise and natural frequency.
The large-sized gearbox ensures a long service life for the shredding mills and also allows for extremely compact dimensions.
The shredding chamber can be opened very easily with just a few steps, which saves time and thus costs, for example, during cleaning due to a change of color or material.
