The crack tester consists of a portable housing with control and display elements, as well as connection cables for magnetization and a power plug.
Area of application
The crack tester is designed for surface crack testing of weld seams, large forged and cast parts, machine components, but also as a power unit for stationary crack testing benches.
Only ferromagnetic workpieces can be tested!
During magnetization, the workpiece must be sprayed with a test fluid (test medium). Defects can then be detected under UV light (UV lamp).
