A used and overhauled blister machine, model UPS1030 ET (94/125)

- Continuous conveyance of the form material with a contactless loop
- Contact heating with 6 individually controlled heating zones (3 zones per plate)
- Forming station prepared for PVC or aluminum form film with 4-column guide system
- electr. Preparation for pore and crack detection (Visio-Scan)
- Clamping pliers for securing the forming film in the forming station when the machine stops
- Servo-controlled feed after the forming station, film shrinkage compensation guaranteed
