Cooling and filter system

Automation
Conveyor belt unloading under RS
Conveyor belt for unloading under the regulating disc: It transports the parts forward out of the machine after they have passed through the grinding process.
The drive motor has a speed controller for infinitely variable belt speed adjustment. Switching on and off is carried out by means of CNC control. The belt is attached to the support block.
A drip tray under the belt collects and recycles the remaining coolant.
The length is 1200 mm, the width 50 mm. The maximum possible diameter of the workpieces is 40 mm.
Inclined chute with workpiece container
The parts roll gently down into a collection basin flooded with coolant.
