Manufactured in self-supporting ALUMINIUM construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength, cross members 140 mm high, reinforced version (for high floor loads). Additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower chord / vehicle frame area. Aggregate chassis made of ALUMINIUM (maximum semi-trailer construction 39,000 kg).
Axles and Suspension
DC axle assemblies, 3 x 9 tons with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering functions, load pressure gauge, automatic lift axle with starting aid control (without tractor unit equipment).
Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40%
on steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120,
Landing Legs
Aluminium landing legs with 2x10 t static load, for air suspension we use swiveling feet.

Smooth rear wall, straight design with 2 ALU swing doors, 50/30 mm thick with 2 locking rods, welded-in ALU rear frame in Teflon and inbox bearings. Doors secured when open with one side chain each. Hard wearing plates on the side walls, 4 mm thick, fully welded (approx. 3mx2mx4mm). Moving residual emptying wall with Kevlar tarp, approx. 1,500 mm long, plus side brushes with sealing. Service door front right in the front wall,
