Cut to length line is used for cutting the sheet metals from coil to sheet horizontally, straightening the sheets and after cutting to length operation stacking the sheet at the end of the line. Standard CTL line is contained as machinery units on automatic cut to length machine are decoiler, straightening, feeding, shearing unit and stacking unit.

All parts of the Cut to Length Line are manufactures in our facility from A to Z. Starting from the Decoiler (Uncoiler), Straightener and Coil Loading Car, up to the Servo Feeder, Guillotine and Stacking Unit can be controlled from one point. The system is controlled by PLC system, set in the customer language.
