We offer a used brine mixing system from Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH designed for preparing brines used in meat processing and food production. The system is designed for fast and efficient mixing of brines, including those with high levels of dry solids such as salt, phosphates, spices, processing aids, and functional ingredients. The system consists of two tanks—a preparation tank and a storage tank. This configuration allows for the simultaneous preparation of a new batch of brine and the storage of the finished mixture for further processing. The system is equipped with two high-performance pumps, analog control of the brine preparation process, and a cooling system that helps maintain the proper temperature of the mixture.

Schröder brine mixer units enable the rapid production of a homogeneous brine, which is crucial for subsequent production stages such as injection, massaging, curing, and marinating. Properly prepared brine ensures the uniformity of the production process, production consistency, and the quality of the final product.
