It is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for engraving, lasering, drilling, grooving, slot milling, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine.

Precision worm gear with a reduction ratio of 50:1.

The worm and worm wheel are manufactured in our company, the guarantee for the highest setting precision. The pair is four ball bearings and adjusted backlash free, but adjustable.

The stable output spindle is provided with a face plate d=108 mm with inner taper MK 1 and through hole 10.5 optionally M12 internal thread.

The electronic control as a handy module with foot switch in clockwise rotation with power supply and emergency stop included in the package.the speed can be adjusted according to the scale of 0-50 min-1. The speed change occurs promptly with the setting when the axis is rotating. The direction of rotation is determined by the foot switch. The right switch makes the axis rotate clockwise, the left switch counterclockwise.
When the foot switch is pressed, the axis accelerates to the set speed, when the switch is released, the axis brakes again.


Ideal for laser welding for Hermle, Trumpf, Haas, Maho, Deckel FP1, G1 or Gravograph.
