Rademaker Crusto Bread Line 600 mm. The Rademaker Crusto Bread Line is a versatile production line for manufacturing a wide range of artisan bread products. Designed for gentle dough handling and consistent product quality, this line combines dough sheeting, gauging, folding, cutting, topping and product transfer in one efficient production process. The line is equipped with a fully automatic Siemens PLC control system with colour touchscreen, allowing quick recipe selection and easy operation. Thanks to its modular design, the line can produce various bread products with high flexibility and consistent results.
