The used QUASER MV 184 E 3-axis vertical machining center is a medium-sized CNC vertical machining center with a cast iron structure and roller guideways for the table movement. Travel: X 1020, Y 610, Z 610 mm; table size: 1200×600 mm with a maximum load of 500kg.

Spindle: ISO-40 (DIN 69871) at 12,000 rpm (up to 18KW), cooled by a dedicated chiller, high-pressure coolant through the spindle, RANDOM tool changer with a 30-position swing arm, and belt chip conveyor.

Year of construction: June 2010 (installed 2012), equipped with FANUC 0i-MD CNC with color LCD, Manual Guide i, remote handwheel, RS 232 serial port, and memory card.
