QUICKER U ultrasonic cleaning tank for raster/anilox rollers. The tank accommodates rollers up to 410 mm (and possibly a few mm more). It has capacity for ultrasonic cleaning of two rollers at the same time and one position for rinsing.
The tank is equipped with a filtration system which extends the detergent solution's usability. The set includes a complete set of adapters for adjusting to small roller widths (double adapter for the washing section and a single adapter for the rinsing section). The washing section is equipped with heaters and the solution temperature can be adjusted as needed. Ultrasonic cleaning duration is set by a mechanical timer.
