Machine description

This used OTMT OT101 workshop sandblasting cabinet, built in March 2012, is a glove-box sandblaster on a rigid stand. Its 230 litre working volume takes parts up to about 800 x 500 x 500 mm. It operates at up to 8 bar blasting pressure, with an air consumption of 300 l/min. It features a large protective window (530 x 250 mm), interior lighting, a side access door, two gloves, a blasting gun and a rear connection for a dust extraction hose. Overall size: 830 x 630 x 1500 mm, weight 48 kg.

Applications

This blast cabinet is used for sandblasting, micro-bead blasting, rust removal, paint stripping and surface preparation before painting or coating. It suits mechanical workshops, body shops, metalwork, fabrication and restoration of old parts. It connects to a workshop air compressor, with the abrasive of your choice.
