Semi-automatic Bagging Machine with 5 m³ Hopper – 1-50 kg Bags / 1500 kg Big Bags

Semi-automatic industrial bagging station with large-capacity hopper and dual weighing system, designed for dosing and packaging bulk materials into small bags and Big-Bags.

The machine is particularly suitable for agricultural operations, fertilizers, feed, chemicals, minerals, pellets, granules, and powders. Thanks to its two independent scales, simultaneous filling of both small bags and Big Bags is possible, significantly improving the productivity of the packaging line.

Product is extracted from the wide-mouth 5 m³ hopper via two independent belt conveyors with gearmotors, featuring continuous throughput adjustment to ensure high accuracy and dosing control.

The robust frame is engineered for industrial use and is equipped with side and rear forklift attachments, enabling easy and quick handling within the facility.
