Completely Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 500 Eagle Die-Sinking EDM Machine – Excellent Technical and Visual Condition

The machine has undergone a comprehensive, professional refurbishment in our facility and is in outstanding technical and cosmetic condition.

During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by more than 70%. All relevant wear parts, including ball guides and drive spindles, were thoroughly inspected and replaced where necessary. This was followed by a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measuring system.

The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. Every hose, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines, was completely replaced.

Furthermore, the machine has been fully repainted and visually presents itself in an impeccably maintained state.

The generator and control system were cleaned and technically tested. The generator’s cooling unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and consistent operation.

Finally, the machine underwent an extensive EDM test in accordance with OPS Ingersoll's quality and testing standards.

The machine is immediately available and is ideally suited for reliable production use.
