The GP 1000 2Z is an outstanding, versatile deburring machine designed for cleaning sheet metal after various cutting processes. This model is fitted with two ‘Z’-type oscillating and rotating heads. What does this mean in practice? It allows for two operations to be performed simultaneously: not only does it efficiently remove scale after plasma cutting, but it also deburrs and rounds off the edges of workpieces following laser cutting. The broad range of working thicknesses and widths of up to 1,000 mm make it possible to process both small and large components.
With suitable tooling, the machine is also capable of heavy edge rounding and oxide removal. The GP 1000 2Z deburring machine features a TFT touch-screen control panel, enabling the operator to continuously and precisely manage machining parameters such as workpiece height, feed rate, and tool rotation speed.
