The abrasive belt efficiently removes excess material during deburring and grinding, making it ideal for eliminating burrs and heat-affected zones from laser-cut components. Multiple sandpaper types can be used with the abrasive belt unit to achieve specific finish requirements. The rotating unit employed in the GL 1000 PZZR is designed for heavy edge rounding and can produce an R2 profile on thicker workpieces, making it an optimal solution for demanding industrial applications.
