The active side is equipped with a stainless steel end plate (material 1.4301).
Threaded holes are provided on the rear side for mounting; *handle available on request

The block magnet systems can be used at temperatures of up to max. +100°C operating temperature.
The magnet surface should be cleaned regularly from captured iron parts.

For a steel nut M5: approx. 60 mm
For an M5 x 30 screw: approx. 100 mm

Mounting example 1:
Mounted above a conveyor belt, 'iron parts jump onto the holding surface of the magnet.'

Mounting example 2:
Mounted within a pipeline system with direct contact to the material flow. For maximum separation safety, a cascade setup of multiple block magnets in series is possible.

Assembly and safety instructions:
When handling, already upon unpacking and later during installation, ensure that there are no loose iron parts, such as tools or screws, nearby.

The magnetic force is so strong that painful injuries may occur if fingers get caught between iron parts and the active surface. There should be no steel parts under the active surface within a minimum distance of 400 mm.
