In Europe, the most common is 25 or 27mm lock high, but outside of Europe, in some parts of America and Canada regions seam metal roofing with 39mm lock high is also popular. That is why our company decided to start production equipment for such task, to expand sales geography, and to bring our products to more and more customers who may need it.

Metal roof machine F3-39 has additional rolls for clip-relief rolling, which come as standard set of machine supply. Clip-relief is a small bend locating closer to the locks of panel and which make possible to hide fixation clips under the panel.

Standing seam machine F3-39 has 8 pairs of main rolls to make the main part of the lock and a ninth stand to make clip-relief part.

The rollers and base of machine are stronger comparing to standard version of equipment – roof panel roll forming machine F3. It has also rolls of bigger diameter to make 39mm (1.5 inches) lock.

Despite all these increases, standing seam roof panel machine F3-39 is portable one, our customers can directly take it to construction place, and you can use it at the roof installation site as well. Thus giving the customer opportunity to reduce number of panel’s damages and the transportation cost.

Machine can work with coated materials or without coating as well. Suitable for steel coils, copper aluminum, zinc etc.

Standing seam metal roof machine has easy adjustable system to change the width of the panels. The machine operator just need to rotate adjusting wheel to make it happens
