Coil Slitting and Cut To Length Production Line for Sheet Metal Processing

The Automatic Slitting & Cut To Length Line is designed for longitudinal slitting and cross cutting of sheet metal coils into strips and flat sheets with programmable lengths.

The production line combines several operations in one compact system:

The machine is suitable for processing galvanized steel, pre-painted steel and other coated sheet materials used in HVAC production, roofing, facade systems, roll forming and general sheet metal fabrication.

±2.5 mm for sheet lengths up to 5000 mm
±3.0 mm for sheet lengths between 5000 and 10000 mm
