Centerless cylindrical grinding machine from Lidköpings Mekaniska Verkstads AB (Sweden) for through-feed and plunge-cut grinding. Classic mechanical-hydraulic design without CNC: cast iron bed, grinding wheel and regulating wheel with a support rail in between, belt drive with two speed stages that can be switched using variable pulleys. The machine was in operation until recently at a Swabian precision manufacturing company and was used there approximately once a month; it was sold solely due to lack of space. An unusually complete set of accessories is included: 14 grinding wheels and 4 regulating wheels, 4 mounting flanges, and 28 support rails – making the machine ready for use without any further procurement. For the 2C series, service, spare parts, and overhauls are still available today in Germany and from the brand owner in Sweden.
