This machine is currently being completely overhauled at our facility. Features: servo-hydraulics, facing unit, new steady rest, 2/3-jaw chuck, "positioned welding" possible, e.g., for cardan shafts. The friction welding machine is currently in operation in our production for manufacturing hydraulic piston rods, aluminum-brass joints, production of small and large taps, production of pressure rollers, etc. You are welcome to inspect the machine on site.
