Special workbench systems from the SST, SFT and SWT fix series as 3D clamping workstations for the rational manufacture of assembly, welding and adhesive structures, e.g. Devices, railings, frames etc. With the help of the extensive range of clamping devices (see catalog section welding table accessories) these table systems can also be used as flexibly upgradable devices and thus enable high-quality production of small and medium-sized series. The special worktables have a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24 + 1) worktop, which is provided with a Ø28 mm hole pattern. In addition, the table top has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or devices. The table perforation allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and fixing aids. For special applications, deviating from the standard, the table top surface can optionally be equipped in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic or even high-strength materials ST70. Due to the fully screwed construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced inexpensively in the event of later wear. As a result, the table system remains particularly sustainable. Table 1 below gives an overview of the available standard models.
