ITALMAC Onix 3000

The ONIX 3300 is a CNC machining centre with 3 controlled axes + 1 additional axis, specifically designed for drilling and milling operations on aluminium, PVC, light alloy, and steel profiles with a maximum thickness of up to 3 mm.
The machine offers a working capacity of 3300 mm and is equipped with an 8-position automatic tool magazine, with the possibility of housing an angular head for machining on three sides of the profile, as well as a saw blade for end milling operations.

The fully enclosed structure contains the electrospindle, which provides a power of 4 kW and a rotation speed of up to 18,000 rpm, ensuring high performance and excellent machining quality.

The swivelling control console, positioned on the right-hand side of the machine, allows for easy and intuitive management of programs and controls during every phase of the production cycle.

The ONIX 3300 is equipped with CNC control for the axes and an industrial PC for program management, complete with a 17” LCD monitor, 80 GB hard disk, and 2 USB ports.

The programming language is ISO standard, with an operator interface based on the Windows XP platform, and dedicated programming software ITALSOFT – FLY CAM CAD-CAM 3D, designed to optimize machining operations and production cycles.
