Our belt presses are equipped with two large pressing rollers that extend the pressing process, ensuring particularly gentle juice extraction. The result is a clear, foam-free juice of high quality.

The pneumatic belt tension and automatic belt control guarantee consistently high quality throughout the entire pressing process.

The belt press features an automatic brush cleaning system, eliminating the need for a high-pressure cleaner. The belt is cleaned by six specially designed water nozzles. For cleaning, only a compressor with 8 bar pressure and a ½” water connection are required. Thanks to these special nozzles, water consumption is reduced, leading to lower operating costs.

The open design allows for quick and uncomplicated cleaning, which can be completed in just a few minutes.
