SCOPE OF THE WORKS CARRIED OUT DURING THE REVAMPING OF THE LINE MADE BY EUROMAQUINA IN 2019

· Complete disassembly for overhaul and cleaning of each line component

· Final paint touch up.

· Electrical disassembly of each component.

· Checking of the elements for defects.

· Overhaul of motors.

· Conductivity, brush cleaning in DC motors, etc. were checked. Not repairable motors were replaced.

· Mechanical assembly of the line components.

· Assembly of components to be replaced due to defective parts.

· Revision of hydraulic cylinders with change of seals. Cleaning and painting.

· Overhaul hydraulic motors. Cleaning and painting.

· Overhaul hydraulic power units. Cleaning and painting.

· Overhaul of pneumatic cylinders and electro-valves.

· Replacement of defective hydraulic piping and hoses.
