Offset grinding units with large-dimensioned tension rollers for
good heat dissipation and stable sanding belt guidance. Sanding units with
forced sanding belt oscillation. 2-point sanding dust extraction directly
on the sanding roller. Airborne dust extraction on the large tension rollers.
Integrated
sanding belt blower for longer service life of the sanding belts. Integrated
brushing and finishing device, adjustable via threaded spindle, with large dust
extraction. Motorized grinding thickness adjustment of the entire upper unit
via precision threaded spindles and linear ball sets on hardened and ground
precision shafts with dust and dirt protection. Electronic digital display for
workpiece thickness (resolution 0.1 mm). Contact roller and grinding shoe in a
