DESCRIPTION:
Frame constructed from welded and stabilized steel. The slide is made of welded steel, equipped with four guides and a base designed for oil collection.
Transmission between the drive shaft and the eccentric shaft is via a gear reducer with ground gears; this system allows operation at high tonnage with relatively low nominal speeds.

Electropneumatic clutch-brake, equipped with dual-channel safety solenoid valve and cross-flow.
The pneumatic system includes a compensation tank, filter-regulator-lubricator unit with control pressure switch, and safety valve.

Centralized automatic lubrication with a progressive lubrication system.
Electric panel with programmable PLC (Omron or Pilz) and electrical components by Siemens or Schneider.
Operation by two-hand push button control and low-voltage electric foot pedal.
Safety provided by photoelectric barriers and side guards with safety micro-switches for opening.
Emergency stops.
All components comply with CE regulations.
