The Format4 profil 45 milling machine is just one of our best-selling machines and offers unique technical solutions. These include the electromechanical MULTI adjustment system for the 250 mm milling fence for parallel guidance and quick adjustment, with a digital display. The electric fine adjustment, which can be activated with the push of a button, provides tenth-of-a-millimeter accuracy, and the milling spindle quick-change system – tool-free changing in just 10 seconds – is just as distinctive a feature of the Format4 profil 45 as the electric milling spindle height adjustment. Maintenance-free and highly precise: the patented pivoting segment guide “Easy-Glide” with a 6-year warranty; 10-year warranty on the anodized aluminum sliding table with precision “X-Roll” guide system.
