INFORMATION REGARDING SALES AND CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

MACHINE CONDITION:
This ESTERER frame saw, model LSH 65, was in impeccable operational use until three years ago and remains serviceable. The equipment includes both a stationary control panel in front of the saw frame and a mobile control panel on the tensioning carriage. A hydraulic tensioning device for adjusting the saw blades in horizontal and vertical directions is mounted on the frame. The electric motor drive with gearbox is included in the offer.

HANDOVER AND PRICE:
Handover will take place after full payment of the purchase price. The price is ex foundation and is payable on-site directly to the seller after conclusion of the contract and prior to dismantling.

WARRANTY:
The seller assumes no warranty, neither before nor after handover of the machine – sold as seen. The buyer has no right of withdrawal.

DISMANTLING:
Complete dismantling, including lifting gear, tools, and transportation, is the responsibility of the buyer. Handover of the machine shall take place on-site. Any damage caused to the building during dismantling will be repaired by the buyer or charged separately. The purchase transaction will be mutually confirmed by means of a sales contract.
