ELB Perfekt BD 8 SPS, year 1990, grinding area 800 x 550 mm, grinding wheel 400 x 100 mm, 7.5 kW spindle power, new SPS control from ELB installed in 2019, automatic grinding cycle (roughing, finishing, spark-out, lifting), dresser mounted on the spindle housing with compensation. The machine has been overhauled by us; the grinding spindle has new bearings, and the guideways have been newly scraped. The machine now fulfills the geometry of a new machine and is immediately ready for operation. Accessories: electro-permanent magnetic chuck 800 x 550 mm, water tank with paper filter system. All functions are tested, and the machine can be demonstrated under power at our site. We are happy to take care of installation and on-site training.
